About the Event
In Asia, drinking and appreciating tea is part of the lifestyle. The Chinese tea ceremony contains the wisdom of oriental philosophy, and reflects the central ideas of Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism. It is a combination of philosophy and culture.
Join us as we experience making the tea, appreciating the tea and its various aromas, sipping the tea, and building new friendships. We will learn about six types of Chinese tea and discuss Chinese traditional virtues and tea ceremony etiquette. Chinese believe that the tea ceremony can refresh the mind and clear one's thoughts. Let us enjoy it in a beautiful traditional Chinese tea space.
