Connected by a causeway to the mainland, Dongshan is situated on the banks of the Tai Lake, just south of Suzhou. Dongshan peninsula is characterized by the rural surroundings of tea plantations, and fruit orchards, plus some hidden sites of historical interest. We'll be hiking up to the peak of the highest hill in Dongshan for a spectacular view of the Tai Lake before we descend to an ancient village dotted with fruit orchards and gardens.

This event is family and dog friendly and open to all ages. Hiking difficulty level is easy.
