About the Event

Liuzijue (六子诀) is one of the traditional Qigong, a form of traditional Chinese medicine focused on optimizing energy within the body, mind, and spirit. Liuzijue has six special Chinese characters that you recite and move with your body. Each character pronunciation connects to the energy of a specific internal organ. It brings your breathing, elegant movement, and internal energy together. Liuzijue is a very special Qigong that could adjust the functions of internal organs such as your heart, liver, kidney, and spleen. Practicing Qigong Liuzijue can help improve your physical fitness and prolong life. Master Chen, who is a veteran martial arts teacher and has been teaching Qigong and Taichi for 29 years, speaks fluent English and will conduct this session.
