The Mediterranean Cuisine of Greece
Time & Location
About the Event
Mediterranean cuisine is the epitome of health, well-being, and a long life. The most important ingredients for a typical Greek main course are high-quality olive oil, lemon, and herbs such as oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sage. Join us for a Greek cooking class with instruction by Southern Bowl, where we will be making two traditional Greek items: tsatziki and moussaka.
