About the Event
Like incense burning, tea ceremonies, and painting; flower arranging was part of the lifestyle among literati in ancient China. Flower arrangements were first used as an offering to Buddha during Wei and Jin dynasties (300AD).
With the approach of Chinese New Year (CNY), Natalie will teach us how to arrange a pot of flowers to capture the CNY spirit, and she will explain to us the philosophy behind Chinese flower arrangements.
