About the Event
In the heart of old Shanghai stands one small factory from 1940’s, where intensive labor is still involved during the noodle making operation. Our guide, Lisa Zhu, will show us the Chinese version of “How it’s made?” and witness the magical process of how fresh flour is turned into noodles. We will also explore the disappearing traditional Shanghai neighborhood life and taste a bowl of the famous fresh scallion sesame noodles (vegetarian and vegan friendly)! Ready for a fun and tasty morning?
