About the Event
The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare two dishes. Our first dish will be pumpkin dumplings. Next we will learn how to make pork cooked with doufu (bean curd) and bell pepper. Afterward, we will sit down together and enjoy the dishes we create.
