About the Event
Guided by an experience chef, join us for a hands-on step by step experience in creating your own soup dumplings (xiaolongbao) together with traditional appetizers dried tofu salad, and braised asparagus in broth. We will also learn about the process for cooking braised fish (xun yu) and braised wheat gluten with mushrooms. After cooking, we will sit down and enjoy what we cooked.
Cook & Book is a “culinary experience station” that provides cooking classes and training in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

If you are unable to attend an event after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If it's the day of an event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by phone, text or WeChat.
If you need to cancel after November 19, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
