Vendor Table Fee (cash only):
RMB 250 per table
Optional Food and Beverage Cost (cash only):
RMB 170 (non-member)/ RMB 50 (SEA Members)
If you register before April 30, SEA will include your logo in marketing material for the event. Please email your logo in a .png or .jpg format.
REMINDER: Should your plans change for any reason and you are unable to participate as a vendor we require email notification of your cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to the coffee morning. If an email notification is not received 48 hours prior you will be charged for the vendor table fee. This fee will need to be paid in full before participating in any future SEA events.
