Bamboo weaving is an ancient art form of the Chinese people, dating back to the Neolithic era. It has evolved over centuries, becoming more elegant and refined. Different types of bamboo, such as hairy bamboo and water bamboo, are commonly used for crafts. Bamboo artisans follow a detailed process of preparing bamboo strips and then weaving them intricately to create exquisite patterns, showcasing the beauty of Chinese bamboo weaving. In this workshop, Yin from Yin Studio will teach us how to make a pair of earrings with bamboo strips and beads. You can keep them for yourself or give them as a thoughtful gift to a family member or friend.
