Vendor table registration for the SEA May Coffee Morning, which includes our Annual General Meeting (AGM), will open approximately three weeks prior to the event date.

Vendor Table Fee (cash only): 
RMB 200 per table 

Optional Food and Beverage Cost (cash only): 
SEA members: Free 
Non-members: RMB 170 

Reminder: 
Should your plans change for any reason, and you are unable to participate as a vendor, we require email notification of your cancellation no later than 48 hours prior to the coffee morning. 

If no email notification is received 48 hours prior, you will be charged for the vendor table fee. This fee must be paid in full before participating in any future SEA events.
