About the Event
Learn how to make Donduri with spicy tomato and basil sauce with our hostess, Victoria Cazzoli, using her original family recipes to teach her class. This is a pasta dish that is similar to gnocchi but has a ricotta base instead of the traditional potato. We will also make a tiramisu for dessert. There is a slight possibility the menu will change based on the availability of ingredients. After we’ve made our delicious Italian meal, we will sit down together and enjoy it with wine!
