In the 20th Century, Shanghai was the epicenter of China movie making, asserting Shanghai as China’s celluloid capital. With more than 50% of the movies made here, Shanghai glamour went hand in hand with its legendary film masters and alluring stars. Our movie day will start at the Shanghai Film Museum looking at Chinese film’s 100-year history through stunning movie posters and learning about the famous Chinese film masters and filmmakers. Then, we will go by a private transfer to the Shanghai Film Shooting base. Here, we will be transported back to the bustling Shanghai in its heydays, complete with the busy Nanjing Road, Shikumen complex, iconic Suzhou River Bridge, etc.  We will have a relaxing and enjoyable day together.
