About the Event

Chef Mike has become an in-house celebrity among SEA members over the years with his fun and engaging way of teaching us how to stir up delicious Chinese dishes. Join Chef Mike for another hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare China’s famed Yangzhou fried rice and a unique recipe for “Goddess Chicken” (hint: add red wine!) and a healthy eggplant sautéed with soy sauce. Chef Mike will guide you step by step, sharing essential techniques and tips on balancing flavors to achieve an authentic taste.
