About the Event
Held within Juniper Restaurant & Lounge — home to one of Shanghai’s most extensive gin collections — this curated workshop offers an engaging introduction to the craft of gin making.
Together, we will create our own SEA gin blend, and each participant will take home a bottle of their personally crafted spirit.
After a short introduction to the history of gin and its key botanicals, participants will compose a bespoke recipe using a selection of exceptional ingredients. Guided by the distillery team, we will then use a traditional copper still to transform these aromas into a unique gin.
