About the Event
Connected to the mainland by a causeway, Dong Shan lies quietly along the shores of Tai Lake, just south of Suzhou. The Dong Shan peninsula is characterized by its rural landscape of tea plantations and fruit orchards, along with some hidden sites of historical interest.
During our visit, we'll hike to the top of Dong Shan's highest hill for spectacular views of Tai Lake before descending to an ancient village dotted with fruit orchards and gardens.
