In China, peach blossoms symbolize love and prosperity. The annual Nanhui Peach Blossom Festival is the best opportunity to immerse ourselves in a landscape filled with masses of pink blossoms. From Shanghai, we will take a 1.5-hour bus ride to the beautiful countryside of Nanhui. 

Once there, we will bike through the sea of blossoms to enjoy the onset of spring and visit a local strawberry farm to pick a basket of fresh strawberries to take home. Afterwards, we will have lunch at a restaurant owned by local farmers, tasting homemade dishes and freshly sautéed vegetables that celebrate the gifts of nature.  

In the afternoon, we will drive to Dishui Lake and bike around the perfectly circular lake. Our ride will conclude at Nahuizui Seaview Park, where we will take in views of the ocean before boarding the bus for our return to Shanghai.
