About the Event
India is a mystery, fascinating, complex, and full of contradictions. After 14 years of living in New Delhi, Raphaëlla brings a deeply personal perspective to this fascinating country, sharing insights shaped by what she has learned and experienced firsthand.
Together, we’ll go beyond the clichés to explore India’s rich civilizational heritage and extraordinary cultural diversity. We’ll look at how history, religion, traditions, and regional identities continue to shape Indian society, while gaining a deeper understanding of the many forces that make the country so complex and fascinating.
Finally, we’ll turn our attention to India today and consider how these influences continue to shape its growing role in the world.
