About the Event
Join us as we learn about the “cloud shoulder.” Back in 200 BC, the Qin Han period in China, a scarf embroided with a cloud motif, and reflected under the sun, looked like a cloud on the shoulder.
Sun Yuhan, founder and chief designer of Yuhan Couture Design Center, will share with us the evolution of Chinese costume culture, materials, and their influence on Oriental costumes culture.
Su Yuhan is a disseminator of Chinese traditional culture and custom arts and crafts. She also went to Japan to exchange traditional custom arts with the Japanese Kimono club five years ago.
