About the Event

Join us for a fabulous hands-on Chinese cooking class with Cici, who has been teaching Chinese cooking for almost ten years. During this class, we will learn how to cook dumplings from scratch. Cici will teach key Chinese cooking skills and introduce and explain the background of the fresh ingredients. The class will focus on making complicated procedures easy to experience the joy of the process. Cici is a registered dietitian and a top-rated Airbnb experience host.

We will make jiaozi, or dumplings, together all by scratch. There will be two fillings, one pork with celery and one with Chinese chives with eggs. We will learn how to cook jiaozi both steamed and pan fried. Finally, Cici will teach us to make an amazing sauce.

All the recipes are from Cici´s family.
