Artist Cory Wanamaker will be giving a unique and exclusive talk about his art to us at the Bao Gallery: Cory will choose one piece to discuss and the audience will choose the rest!

Cory Wanamaker is an American painter and bronze sculptor living in Shanghai. He began his travels as an expat artist in 2006 as a Fulbright Fellow living and working in the United Kingdom. He immersed himself in his community as a teacher, collaborator, artist, and explorer. During this period in Wanamaker's life, he was able to hone in on and enhance his understanding of place and from that moment on, he began to integrate that understanding into his art.

Since that time, he has been able to use his travels to inspire his work and to incorporate true place in unique ways. Wanamaker's work has been shown internationally – in the USA, the Czech Republic, Russia, and Shanghai. To learn more about his art, please visit: airyhillstudio.com

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the event after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing events@seashanghai.org. If it's the day of the event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by phone, text, or WeChat.

If you need to cancel after October 29, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
