During this workshop, we will explore the benefits of working with strengths, why it is so important to know your own well, and how to make the most of them – not only at work, but in all areas of life. We will use the Strengths Profile tool, and everyone will leave the workshop with a personal overview of their positive traits and possibilities for using them more often in daily life. 

We will close the morning with a sneak preview on unconscious bias, including strategies for recognizing and minimizing its effects.
