About the Event
Gong bath is an ancient form of sound therapy. Come and experience deeper relaxation with gong bath; which is designed to remove stress and emotional blockages, allowing us to unleash our full potential. Leave your expectations and bring an open heart. This session includes tea and guided relaxation prior to gong bath. Please dress comfortably as we will be laying on the floor on comfortable cushions. Bring a light shawl/pashmina if you are prone to cold, but blankets will be provided.
