About the Event

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the universe is made up of five elements which reflect into the body via five organ systems. Chinese believe that food therapy is a powerful and efficient method to reach physical balance and to cure diseases. Join us as we discover how TCM categorizes food and pairs the ingredients together to cook healthy and balanced meals according to the Five Elements theory.
