Qigongpractice facilitates the recovery of harmony between us and self, others and the universe. It helps us regain the ability to feel connection beyond the physical level, an ability that is gradually forgotten as we grow up. It also allows us to explore the essence of life, the root of physical manifestations that we learn to assume as the whole part of reality.

What is sound healing? The origins and benefits of sound healing were referred to in The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon of Medicine(Huangdi Neijing), one of the earliest texts of Chinese medicine, which describes that when the five major organs of the body are in tune with the tones of heaven it will bring harmony and freedom from disease. What is the benefit of Himalayan singing bowls? The vibrational sounds produced from the bowls can help to relax the body while balancing and harmonizing the chakras. As the molecules in the body resonate with the vibrational frequency of the singing bowls, the singing bowls can help to "tune" or re-balance the body, stimulating the body's healthy flow of energy and releasing blocked energy in the chakras. This alleviates areas of pain and discomfort, bringing peace and harmony to body and mind.

If you are unable to attend the event after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing events@seashanghai.org. If it's the day of the event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by phone, text or WeChat.

If you need to cancel after March 7, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
