Mark your calendars! Attend the SEA January Chinese New Year luncheon at Hakkasan in historical building Bund 18; known for its modern Cantonese cuisine, world-class mixology, and dramatic design.
Hakkasan is an award-winning restaurant which uses the finest ingredients and expert traditional techniques to create timeless, yet innovative, signature dishes.
The menu is specially designed for SEA members. And, Historic Shanghai's Tina Kanagaratnam will provide a talk about Chinese New Year history and traditions. Come hungry, curious, and ready to spend some quality time with friends.
Dim sum platter (silver service): Osmanthus waygu dumpling, scallop dumpling, chicken matsutake dumpling, crab meat dumpling
Crispy duck salad
Main (shared family-style):
Stir-fry black pepper Australian angus striploin
Jasmine tea-smoked spring chicken served with fine soy
Stir-fry wild mushroom with edamame
Jasmine steamed rice (served individually)
The Lucky Jie: salted caramel ganache knot with mandarin jelly and cocoa crumble
Coconut semifreddo with lime curd and coconut sorbet

If you are unable to attend the luncheon after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com. If it's the day of the event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by WeChat.
If you need to cancel after January 14, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
