About the Event
The Chinese Cooking Workshop was established in 2003 as the first hands-on cooking school targeted to expats. Please join us for this Chinese cooking class where Head Chef Mike will teach us how to prepare Shanghai fried noodle and lotus leaf dumplings filled with sticky rice, chicken, and mushrooms. Afterwards, we will sit down together and enjoy the dishes we’ve created.
