About the Event
We are the team behind Azul and Colca, the well-known and award-winning restaurants in Shanghai. Azul is an enduring restaurant, operating since 2003, serving Spanish and Latino cuisine. It operated at Dongping Road and Wukang Road prior to its re-opening at Shangkangli. In 2017, we opened Colca Hengshan, a fine-dining Peruvian restaurant, at Yong Ping Lane. We are in an expansion mode in recent years, opening two restaurants at Sinar Mas Plaza (Colca Eatery in 2000 and Azul Italiano in June 2021). We also took up 2 spaces at the iconic 1000 Trees (Azul Italiano was opened in December 2021 and Xouk opened in March 2022). We also have just opened Bhacus – a wood grilled and wine restaurant at Wu Xing Road.
All our restaurants have won multiple awards from TimeOut, Shanghai Wow, Luxury Living, That’s Shanghai, China Restaurant Week, BonApp, Chope, etc. In addition, each of our restaurants are rated between 4.7 and 4.8 on Dianping, a commendable achievement.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing events@seashanghai.org. If it's the day of the event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by phone, text or WeChat.
If you need to cancel after January 9th, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
