About the Event
Join us to celebrate Chinese New Year at award-winning Hakkasan. Hakkasan offers modern Chinese cuisine, fine dining, and world-class mixology in the iconic historical building, Bund 18. Qipaos are welcome and encouraged.
Set Menu:
Foie gras with hawthorn
Steamed and baked dim sum platter
Crispy duck salad
Stir-fried black pepper Australian beef tenderloin
Sanpei Chilean seabass claypot
Smoked crispy spring chicken served with soya
Stir-fried lotus root, asparagus, and lily bulb
Fried seafood rice with abalone sauce
Choose one: Mont Blanc, coconut semifreddo, or CNY tiger dessert

Baby tomato with preserved plum
Vegetarian dim sum platter
Green garden salad with seaweed
Tofu, aubergine, and Japanese mushroom claypot

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the luncheon after receipt of confirmation, please notify us immediately by emailing SEA@shanghaiSEA.com. If it's the day of the event, please ALSO notify the coordinator listed on the event by phone, text, or WeChat.
If you need to cancel after January 24, our SEA cancellation policy applies which states you might still have to pay for your registered event, depending on the vendor. SEA will notify you to either collect or let you pay it at your next registered event.
