About the Event
Join Dr. Eileen Zhu to discover how to strengthen our immune system during the winter season with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Topics covered include: How TCM views the immune system, key Chinese herbs, foods & lifestyle tips for the winter, and home remedies to stop a cold at its earliest stage.
The talk will be held inside a traditional clinic with a full Chinese herbal pharmacy so you can see, touch, and smell the herbs. You will taste our winter health tea blend and choose some additional herbs to take home based on your own health needs.
