About the Event
This class will use a combination of Pilates, Functional Movements, and Fascia Release Techniques.
We are masters of our own body, but it takes will and know how to initiate physical changes that will improve one’s strength and flexibility.
The journey of change is the process of taking one step forward at a time and letting it add up. It starts with going to the gym or signing up for a class. But that is typically just once or twice per week. In our busy daily lives, we have to manage either our job or family needs which could cause stress to our body, be it in our neck, shoulder, or lower back.
