Join the SEA Welcome Team for a relaxed morning chat where you can meet new people, exchange experiences, and ask questions about life in this amazing city. Our regular Welcome Chats are the easiest way to connect with Shanghai Expat Association, Shanghai’s largest international community. 

There is no fixed agenda. Topics often include daily life, travel, useful apps, favorite shops, restaurants, and local markets. Everyone is welcome: first-time visitors, returning participants, and long-term Shanghai residents alike. 

To become a member of SEA, please bring your passport or a copy (non-Mainland passport holders, or nationals married to non-Mainland passport holders with marriage certificate) along with RMB 400 in cash.
