Suzhou Creek is one of the main rivers in Shanghai. Recently redeveloped, the banks of this river have become one of the most pleasant places to walk in Shanghai! Follow our Tour Leader Clarisse Le Guernic from Arcade on about a 2.5-hour walk and discover the stories on both sides of the river: the Sihang Warehouse (site of a Sino-Japanese battle), the former General Chamber of Commerce, the old bridges, and the General Post Office building. It is the perfect place to understand the last 100 years of Shanghai while enjoying magnificent views of the city!
