About the Event
The Taichi 24 Style is the most popular form of Taichi in China, known for its graceful movements and beginner-friendly routine. Designed for easy step-by-step learning, it’s accessible to almost everyone, making it an ideal starting point for newcomers.
Many experienced Taichi practitioners began their journey with the 24 Style, which not only enhances physical health but also serves as the foundation for a deeper Taichi practice.
Master Chen is a veteran martial arts teacher and has been teaching Qigong and Taichi for 34 years. He speaks English fluently.
