About the Event
Taichi Fan is a distinctive style within the Taichi tradition, blending the fluid movements of Taichi with elements of martial arts and dance. This practice not only serves as an artistic fitness activity but also incorporates the fan as a unique martial arts weapon, capable of both attack and defense.
Master Chen is a veteran martial arts teacher and has been teaching Qigong and Taichi for 34 years. He speaks English fluently.
