About the Event
Right in the heart of the Former French Concession sits the last noodle factory that still involves heavy labor to produce some of the finest noodles in Shanghai. Lisa Zhu will take us for a special visit to the hidden factory and see how the noodles are made. We will then walk to one of the most famous Shanghai restaurants, Guang Ming Cun for lunch, where there are normally people lining up from the moment it opens until closing. We will enjoy a proper sit-down lunch with dishes Lisa selected for us.
