Traditional Chinese Medicine: Qigong-Baduanjin
Time & Location
About the Event
八段錦 in Chinese literally translates into the eight brocades, and is one of the most popular qigong sets. The baduanjin routine consists of eight sequential movements which coordinate body (movement), mind (imagination and focus), and breath. The eight movements have proven positive effects on health and general well-being as well as regulating and influencing specific body functions, such as helping to strengthen the heart and lung functions.
Join us for a two-hour session and learn the eight movements that will benefit your health for the rest of your life.
