About the Event
Yin and yang are the fundamental forces of the natural world. These complementary and antagonistic forces affect everything in our environment, including our food and our bodies. In this workshop, Theresa and Wendy team up to explore yin and yang. We will discuss how we can use the concept of yin and yang in relation to our food and our way of eating. We will practice these concepts with some breathing exercises and a yin and yang flow. We can expect to deepen our understanding of yin and yang, and learn how to apply it to our life on and off the mat.
