Looking to try something new or work off those holiday kilos? No experience needed! Zero Gravity will guide us through beginner pole movements, revealing the strength and grace within you through this captivating dance form. This class offers a dynamic, full-body workout that’s both empowering and energizing. We’ll focus on pole dance for fitness—building strength, endurance, and confidence using nothing but your beautiful self!
Dress Code: Grab your sport shorts, or grippy leggings without zippers and leave your jewelry at home. Do not use any moisturizer on hands and body on the day of the class.
