Volunteer Luncheon RSVP
Please join us for lunch to show appreciation to all of you who have generously given your time and talents to SEA this year.
Please indicate below if you will be able to attend and your entre selection by Monday, April 4.
Starters
Appetizer Platter (shared)
Crab bites, chicken tostadas, and spicy tuna tartar served with garlic and truffle flatbread
Zesty Californian citrus salad - mixed greens, charred tomato, sliced avocado, roasted shallots, candied beetroot, grapefruit, orange, roasted almonds and a horseradish dressing
Mains (Choose one)
300 g. Sirloin 120 day grain fed Black Angus served with twice cooked chips and house salad. Choice of red wine or brandy black pepper sauce
Or
Pumpkin tagliatelle pasta (vegetarian) with sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, roasted pumpkin seeds with a roast pumpkin cream sauce
Or
Ginger and soy glazed salmon with wild coconut rice, seaweed cracker served with a green chili and avocado salsa and a shaved cucumber salad
Dessert
Bull and Claw Classic cheesecake with a lemon twist served with fresh berries, house made honeycomb and vanilla Chantilly cream
Lunch includes choice of two (2) drinks per person from red and white wine, soft drinks or coffee.
